Alexander Garcia
Alexander
Garcia was raised in
San Antonio, Texas and a graduate of the
Keystone School. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the
University of Texas at Austin in 2002. Alex graduated from St. Mary’s
University School of Law in 2005, where he was a member of the Hispanic Law
Student Association and was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society.
As a law student, Alex interned for the Honorable Pamela Mathy, Magistrate Judge
for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He also
clerked for the Law Offices of Frank Herrera and Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid.
Alex began representing Social
Security claimants as an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Ed
Goldner. He is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the American
Bar Association, and is a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of
Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Alex was licensed to practice
law in Texas in 2006, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court
of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the United States District Court for the
Western District of Texas.
