 Becky Miller is a
native of Lubbock, Texas. She is an honors graduate of both Texas
Tech University and Texas Tech School of Law (where she served as
Case Note Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review.) Ms. Miller is a
member of the State Bar of Texas, the Lubbock County Bar
Association, and past president of the West Texas Bankruptcy Bar
Association. She is admitted to practice in Texas courts and in the
United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Since 1994, Ms. Miller has represented over 1,300 clients in
bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Miller began representing Social
Security Disability claimants in 2004. She is a sustaining member of
the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s
Representatives (NOSSCR).
