Kimberly Wyatt
Kimberly
O. Wyatt obtained her A.B. degree from Princeton
University and her J.D. from the University of
Houston, School of Law. She has more than 20 years’
experience in the practice of law, over fifteen of
which have been in the field of disability law. A
former administrative law judge in the Texas
Workers’ Compensation system, Ms. Wyatt expanded her
practice to include social security and veterans’
disability advocacy. She joined our firm 5 years ago
as a Branch Managing Attorney in the Rio Grande
Valley. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Ms. Wyatt
represents many of our Spanish-speaking clients.
Ms. Wyatt has spoken on legal issues at conferences for the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission and in presentations to various public and private groups on disability issues. She is an Accredited Attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs and is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts and in the Western Federal District Court. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and of the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates, Inc.
Outside of the office, she serves on the Board of
Directors of the Family Crisis Center, Inc., as an
Advisory Board Member to the RGV Hispanic
Genealogical Society, Inc., and on the Princeton
Alumni Schools Committee for the Rio Grande Valley,
Texas.
