Kimberly Wyatt
Kimberly Wyatt graduated from Princeton University
and the University of Houston School of Law. She has
over seventeen years experience as a licensed attorney,
including eleven years as an administrative law judge.
Before joining Heard & Smith, Kimberly was the managing partner at the Law Offices of Huebner & Wyatt. After which she became an Administrative Law Judge for the Texas Department of Insurance where she presided over contested case hearings on benefit related issues arising under the Workers' Compensation Act. During her time as Administrative Judge, she composed and issued Decisions and Orders awarding benefits. She also was responsible for conducting contested case hearings including swearing witnesses, receiving testimony and documentary evidence, entertaining and ruling on objections and admissibility of evidence.
Outside of the office, Kimberly is a member of the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) organization of Cameron County.
